Bio| 飛段 name • Hidan fandom • Naruto universe • Alternate age • Unknown gender • Male species • Human/Jashin sexuality • Ambiguous barracks • Vri-Tessera division • ✗✗ appearance Hidan is a pretty tall guy. He stands at around 6'0-2" and has short platinum blonde hair that is slicked back. His bony is very well-toned and gives him that very athletic look and violet eyes. He has an amulet around his neck as well as his village's headband with a strike in the middle horizontality, a proof of his deflect from his clan. However, when Hidan preforms his curse then his whole body turned into a skeleton and voodoo-like pattern with red eyes. His clothing is that of a half-tattered Akatsuki robe with red clouds over black and also wears black nail polish. |  |
| personality Well, if you want to sum up Hidan's personality in one word than it would simply be vulgar. He is rude, crude, foul-mouthed, disgusting and disrespectable. Hidan is probably the most psychopathic member out of the Akatsuki and clearly shows sadomasochistic tendencies. The only real respect he has for is his God who is named Jashin but even so he is willing to use his name as an insult and still he considers himself a very religious faithful follower. Even with his curse on he is perfectly fine to injure himself (and of course others) and doesn't seem to have any morals at all. When things don't go his way he tends to be very brash and also panics. Given his immortality he is very arrogant as well, but also expresses his desire to die. strengths & abilities First off, Hidan is an immortal, he cannot die even if he is decapitated and with him being a member of Akatsuki he is a ruthless killer and loves death, so he wouldn't mind going into battle with no concern of his enemies and himself. Second off all is his fast speed and the weapon of his scythe which increases his agility and skill to deflect weaponry such as kunai. He also has a special ability that if he takes the blood of his opponent and tastes it then he turns into a voodoo-like figure and places down a symbol on the floor in which connects himself and the enemy and if he harms himself then his victim is able to feel the intensity of the wound. However, if it is in a vital spot then the victim will possible die. weaknesses Hidan is plainly arrogant. He is impulsive and really doesn't think before what he does. Also without his head, he cannot move his body. So that could be a weakness as well. He is driven by desires and also very selfish and never has any concern for anyone else. He is a faithful servant who adores his religion even if he insults it and would do anything his god demands of him. When he does do his curse however and puts the symbol of Jashin on the ground, once he steps out of it, the curse is no longer active. notable possessions Jashin scythe • A crimson triple-bladed scythe that has more effect of drawing blood then having it being dug into your waist and helps to increase his agility. Attached to a large coil of rope underneath Hidan's robe with a separate pike. Santai, three levels • a memento of the Akatsuki that Hidan doesn't shive a shit about. It is on his left middle finger and if all members are gathered together then it's possible to extract the nine-tails. history No one knows where or when Hidan was born or came from but he was a new recruit to the Akatsuki due to his ability of immortality and partnered up with another like him called Kakuzu. Within the Akatsuki it was their duty to take on the nine-tails and to release the power that was in the demons. First off was their hunt for the two-tailed demon cat and, of course, the host was beaten fairly easily and leaving Hidan to do his ritual and the duo finished their task and continued onto the land of fire to slaughter a mass of monks and collect a bounty. This is when they were both ambushed by the Konoha team who planned to kill them. of course their plan did not go as planned when Hidan was still alive even though he was impaled by two blades. And that took the Konoha nins by surprise. Kakuzu eventually arrives by Hidan tells him to back off, telling his partner that the nins were for his sacrifice and ritual. The team leader, Asuma, and Hidan started to exchange blows whilst Shikamaru was backup, trying to figure out what exactly Hidan was, but alas, Asuma died by the hand of Hidan. Even though Hidan claims to kill the rest of the nins, the Akatsuki leader calls them to come back. Hidan reluctantly obeys. Still, to the Akatsuki duo it was just another kill and duty so they would have never thought that as soon as they travelled to Konoha that Shikamaru and the team was waiting for them. To defeat them in revenge for Shikamaru's teacher. Hidan was drawn away from his partner and led by Shikamaru to a secluded area that was surrounded by explosive tags. Soon enough the ground underneath Hidan exploded and he was forced to fall down a hole, with rocks falling on him and trapped him there, not known to be a member by the Akatsuki and 'failed'. However, this is when the AU starts. When Naruto and Sasuke are fighting Madara, he calls onto Pein and Konan to come help him. Unfortunately they do not feel highly about Madara but still, Konan was ordered to retrieve Hidan for assistance but Hidan didn't take the request lightly and started to fight her. But because Konan was made out of paper, Hidan could not kill her. So he dragged her to a lake and started to drown her, forcing her to meld into flesh and then he started to torture her without any hesitation and sacrificed her with such utter satisfaction. After she was murdered, Hidan swore that he would go after Shikamaru. Of course after some time, Hidan did find Shikamaru who was on the ground and bleeding to death. So Hidan just stared at Shikamaru before laughing and taunted him like the asshole he was. Hidan eventually took Shikamaru and flung him over his shoulder and decided out of some sort of sick respect (after all it was only Shikamaru who actually managed to defeat Hidan) to somewhere peaceful to die. Because of the extreme agony that Shikamaru was suffering he begged Hidan to kill him. Though even though Hidan did take Shikamaru to somewhere more peaceful then a blood splattered battlefield, he did not feel any sympathy for the dying nin. Instead Hidan started to torture Shikamaru in the most painful way possible for him out of pure pleasure. It was bizarre though, to see Shikamaru die before him. Mainly because Hidan thought he was much more powerful and somehow the ex-Akatsuki member felt very displeased with the results.
